Welcome to Pretty Lit Collections (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:

Pretty Lit Collections is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our shop, you confirm that:

3. Products & Descriptions

We sell items such as:

✔️Show colors clearly in photos

However:

✔️Colors may look different based on your screen or lighting

✔️All handmade items are unique, so placement of charms, rhinestones or prints may vary from the photos

✔️Measurements are approximate

We reserve the right to:

✔️Add, change or discontinue products at any time

✔️Limit the quantities of any product offered

4. Pricing & Payments

✔️All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

✔️Prices may change at any time without notice.

✔️Sales, promotions and discount codes are subject to specific conditions and time limits.

✔️We are not responsible for pricing errors, and we may cancel or refuse orders if a price is clearly incorrect.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers (such as Etsy’s checkout, card processors, PayPal, etc.). By placing an order, you agree to their terms and authorize us and/or them to charge the full order amount (including shipping and any applicable taxes).

5. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We may accept or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

✔️Product out of stock

✔️Payment issues

✔️Incorrect pricing or product information

✔️Reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for that order.

Custom orders or made-to-order items may have specific policies for changes, cancellations or refunds, which will be explained at the time of ordering.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship orders using third-party carriers (for example, USPS or other services).

Estimated processing and shipping times will be provided at checkout or in the listing. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost or damaged, contact us and we will do our best to assist, but resolution may be limited by the carrier’s policies.

International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties or import taxes required by their country, and delays at customs are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because many of our items are handmade and sometimes custom or one-of-a-kind, our return and exchange policy may be limited.

Our current policy is:
“We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of significant defects or incorrect items sent.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos so we can review it.”

We reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis, consistent with any marketplace policies (for example Etsy’s rules).

8. Use of Self-Defense Products & Safety Disclaimer

Some of our products, such as self-defense keychains, alarms and related accessories, are intended to help support your personal safety and awareness.

By purchasing and using these products, you understand and agree that:

✔️No product can guarantee your safety. Our items are meant to be supportive tools only.

✔️You are responsible for learning how to use each item safely and appropriately before carrying it.

✔️You must follow all local, state and national laws regarding the possession and use of self-defense tools in your area.

✔️Pretty Lit Collections does not provide legal, safety or self-defense training and is not responsible for how you choose to use any item.

✔️Misuse of any product can result in injury, legal consequences, or other harm for which we are not liable.

By purchasing from us, you agree that you assume all risk related to the purchase, ownership and use of self-defense or safety products and that you will use them responsibly.

9. Lighter Cases & Fire-Related Products

Our bedazzled lighter cases are decorative covers made for standard-size lighters.

✔️Lighters are not included unless clearly stated in the listing.

✔️Do not expose the cases to open flame, extreme heat, or prolonged direct sunlight.

✔️Inspect your case regularly. If it becomes damaged, loose or excessively worn, stop using it.

You agree to use all fire-related products responsibly and in accordance with local laws. We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unsafe behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content related to Pretty Lit Collections is owned by us or used with permission, including:

✔️Product designs and photos

✔️Logos, branding and graphics

✔️Text, descriptions and copy

✔️Website layout and design

You may not:

✔️Copy, reproduce, sell or distribute our content or designs

✔️Use our photos or descriptions to sell your own products

✔️Use our name, logo or branding without written permission

You may share our content on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you clearly credit Pretty Lit Collections and do not alter the meaning.

11. User Content (Reviews, Photos & Tags)

If you tag us, mention us, or share content that features our products (for example, on Instagram, Facebook or reviews), you may be giving us permission to:

✔️Repost, share or feature that content on our social media, website or marketing materials

✔️Use your publicly visible username/handle in connection with that repost

We will not edit your words to change the meaning, but we may crop or adjust images for layout.

If you ever want content removed from our pages, you can contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to comply.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Columbus, OH, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
